WHY:

The BMA River 2 Reef Ride has been an important event in the Mackay tourism calendar for the past 11 years.  This sporting event is not a race, it is an opportunity for friends and family to ride together socially as a team or as individuals. The ride encourages people to be active and healthy in a beautiful outdoor setting. It is also an important fundraising event for two local charities who do so much for the Mackay and Whitsundays communities: RACQ CQ Rescue and Mackay Sporting Wheelies & Disabled Association.
