Congrats Evie Flynn - our 2026 Jersey Design Competition winner! Evie’s winning design “Ride the Current” explores the connection between cycling and the beautiful surrounding waters in Mackay.
Inspired by the relationship between Mackay rivers and the reef, Evie’s design reflects the natural flow of water. Like the current, our cyclists push forward through resistance, becoming part of the natural flow that links our freshwaters to our oceans.
Following a record-breaking public vote, Evelyn's vibrant artwork, "Ride the Current," will be featured on hundreds of official BMA River 2 Reef Ride jerseys this August.
