Coffee Van Vendor Application

We are seeking 2 x Coffee Van Vendors to come and be a part of our BMA River 2 Reef Ride Festival on 31 August and 1 September. We are expecting up to 1,000 people to attend the Festival over the 2 days. We invite you to join us for one or both of our Festival days.

EVENT DETAILS:
31st August (Golding Kids Colour Ride):

Bump in: 1.30pm to 2pm Bump out: 6pm

1st September (BMA River to Reef Ride):

Bump in: 4.30am to 5.15am

Bump out: 11am

Conditions: There is no Vendor charge. Spaces are limited. Should spaces book out, preference will be given to Vendors who are able to be a part of both Festival days.
